Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How much does this program cost the Lodge?
A. Nothing. That's how Constituent Taxes are being used.
Q. Is it mandatory for Lodges to use this system?
A. No. However, the Grand Lodge prefers the electronic version of reports. You can make the filing of paper forms obsolete and have current information about your Lodge and its Lodge membership records, reports, mailing labels, meeting records, dues payments, and so much more are the working tools awaiting you. Make your Lodge the beneficiary of these powerful tools.
Q. How secure is this system?
A. There are many layers of security. For example, Username and password with each user assigned to a certain security group. These security groups determine what a user can do and see. For security purposes, other measures are not listed here.
Q. Can other Lodge Secretaries view the data of my Lodge?
A. Absolutely not. This system was built using 3 Role Types: The Grand Secretary, DDGM's and Lodge Secretaries.
Q. Well...what does the Grand Secretary or other Grand Lodge Officer See?
A. When a Grand Lodge Officer logs into the system they see a listing of all subordinate lodges with an Icon to the left of the Lodge Name to view the Lodges' yearly activities. See below.

For a selected Lodge, the Grand Lodge Officer sees the below yearly data. (Fictitious data for this FAQ).

Q. Well...what does the District Deputy Grand Master See?
A. Same as above but only for his assigned Lodges. He can also produce his Official Visit and Yearly Grand Lodge Reports. The Yearly Grand Lodge Report is produced with a click of the mouse as all it's data is provided by each of his assigned Lodges within the Lodge Profile Sheet. See below.
